ANY IDEAS?

29 year old male, all started 16 months ago after a heavy night of drinking beer, i woke up with mild middle back ache, didnt think to much of it cause ive had lower back issues a few times in the past, and also my wife had walked on my back the night before to crack it, anyway i thought it would go away well after a couple weeks it didnt go away but wasnt severe, more like an ache every time i twisted back and fourth i could feel it, within those 2 weeks i felt fatigue at times, unmotivated to do anything, a little foggy headed, so i made an appt. to see my doctor, he ran a full blood lab, ultra sound of abdomen and pelvic area and a X ray of my spine plus urine test, all came back normal, this was january of 2014, so i felt some comfort but weeks went buy and i kept feeling certain discomforts (here and their abdomen pains, constant worry, here and their slight headaches) so i kept going back to my doctor, he did more testing wich included stool sample=normal, another blood lab=normal ultra sound on chest wall/thryoid/submandular glands under jaw cause i felt like my left side gland was harder than my right, ultra sound tech and dr said it wasnt abnormal, so weeks went buy and i kept feeling discomfomts, i was googling stuff and getting terrified of what was coming up, the thing that cought my attention was pancreas cancer, symptoms i have match symptoms of PC, then one weekend i was waking up nauseous and dry heaving, seemed to get better as the day went on and i was still able to eat later in the day, after that weekend wich was in march/april 2014 i told my Dr i wanted a CT scan with contrast on abdomen and pelvis, he didnt think it was necessary but he ordered and he didnt support me on the referrence so it was denied by my insurance wich pissed me off so i ended up paying for one out my pocket, the results came back with no abnormalities, no masses or tumors seen, that was a huge relief for me at the time, i felt much better so a few months go by and i start feeling discomforts again with my mid back pain still there, now we are in about july/aug 2014 i start going back to Dr. let me advise you guys that this whole time since my first couple visits to my Dr. he really thought i had bad anxiety and had prescribed me pills for that but i dont like taking pills so ive never took any pills that have been prescribed to me for any of my issues, also i stayed at a consistant weight that ive been at since i started going to the Dr. about 220 area, the dr said im overweight for being 5'7 and i know ive gained im usually 170-175 area,i gained weight a few (3 years) ago when my wife had our first child, now we have 2 children 14 months apart (boys) and we are expecting a baby girl next month in mid may, i do got alot on my plate being a newer father and the only one working being my wife is stay at home mother, but im very spiritual and think i have some what peace, anyway the end of 2014 year i wanted my Dr. to give me MRI on my back to see if anything would pop up because of my middle back pain, he again didnt think it was necessary and didnt support me on that, that was my last straw with him, i thanked him for his help that year and went on to get a new Dr. Dec. 2014, first time seeing my new Dr. i explained to her my previous exp. with my past Dr. and she sat there and listened and told me that she was very sorry that i had to pay out of pocket for my CT and for the Dr. beeing so plain and simple(in and out) never really wanted to listen to me, right away i told her the test and CT and other scans ive tooken through him and i mentioned about an MRI on my back right away she said yes lets do that, it got approved and i had it about a week later of my thoracic spine, it came back with 2 bulges. one in my T8-9 2 mm bulge and another in T-11-12 also 2mm bulge with no fecal sac leak, so my new Dr. went over it with me and explained that this could be a reason for my mid back pain and to loser weight and excersise also PT so that was in December of 2014, so long story short cause i can go on forever about my issues lol, since january 2015 till now april 2015 i still have discomforts in abdomen and now excessive gas (belching) stool havent been normal, sometimes loose sometimes thin and sometimes normal, a few times lighter than a normal dark brown, head discomforts on left side, so within these 4 almost 5 months ive had another ultra sound wich revealed 2 small gall bladder polyps with borderline thickening of gallbladder wall, pancreas was hard to see but what was seen of body and tail was no visible abnormalities, all other things were normal, also had a MRI on head wich revealed 2 small cyst on brain 1 was .4 mm and the other was .5mm ive seen neurolist for this and he says they are very common and did some quick test ask a few questions and told mer not to worry that they were incedental benign cyst that i could have had for along time maybe even since birth and to to follow up in 6 months, also had a pancreas enzymes blood lab to check my lipase/amylase levels wich came back very normal, and had a food allergy lab wich came back with a number of food allergies, wich confused me cause on the list was wheat, almonds, peanuts, milk, corn, seasame seed, fish, shrimp and a few other things, i told my dr that ive always eaten wheat and peanuts and never felt like ive had an allergic reaction(hives, tounge swelling,mouth/lips swelling etc) so i was baffled by that and my Dr. thinks this could be the reason for my discomforts, im just lost right now and i really want another CT or MRI on my abdomen area, she thinks we should hold off, and shes really thinks i worry too much, i have seen 2 other Drs apart of her team at times when she is unavailable and they all dont seem  to worried and believe i worry too much and need to lose weight and focus and family, also think i need to see mental health therapist so i can vent, overall i feel ok not severe pains but i do still notice them and after all these dang test and scans im still here worrying because they havent went away(16 months) now knowing i have polyps and borderline thick GB also 2 cyst in brain im thinking the worst again, the polyps were noth there my last ultrasound 8 months ago and now they are there?????? im just looking to see if anybody has gone through or are possibly going through something similar to me, thank you for your time and any comments would be highly appreciated

thanks for your time really appreciated to see how people that do not know each other at all can reach out and help one another, i agree and thats what i am going to do, im going on my 4th day of the elimination diet, still feeling the same with my mid back pain almost all day (dull/soreness), ive cutt out all fast food, anything sweet, chips, greasy foods etc, cutting down to fruits and veggies, going to juice it 3-4 times a week,i will eat chicken breast and ground turkey mixed with veggies of all sorts, im also taking this nutritional product called juice plus, said to hold up 17 fruits and veggies into 1 capsule broken down into 3 different bottles of 120 capsules each, ive been on this major change for 4 days but i know its most likely going to take a little longer, so im hoping it will make me feel a whole lot better, plus im going to lose weight

try not eating any of the foods you are allergic to and see if it helps. Food allergies are much much different than like pollen or hay fever. They can cause fatigue, screw with your bowel movements, and for sure cause bloating and discomfort. I know it was a lot of things that you are allergic, so here is my suggestion. For 2 weeks eliminate all of them and see how you feel. If you feel better, great! You know its one or more of those foods that is causing the problem.
If it were me and I felt better, I'd just keep them out of my diet, but that is a lot to eliminate. So if you want to narrow it down and see which ones are really the culprit, after the 2 weeks of eliminating everything, bring one back at a time and try it for a week. If you start feeling lousy again, you know that food is a problem food and you can get rid of it permanently. Keep doing it this way for all the foods. I know it will take a long time to do this, but if in the end you feel 100% better, does it really matter?

You might try seeing an endocrinologist. They can look you over from a systemic standpoint and see if your dealing with any sort of inbalance, thyroid, etc type of issues. Just an idea.
