swollen abdomen for weeks?

hello, I'm 19 years old, I've been having swollen abdomen for about two weeks, it's larger than usual, not extremely large just abnormally.. this never happened to me, I am totally healthy as far as I know... as it might be due to constipation I am having bowel movement daily but it's not too much,, I tried changing my diet as it used to consist of lots of junk food,,, now I'm consuming lots of fiber and veggies and fruits and water... still no change... I'm concerned.. what could it be? I just want it gone..... help?
