Pancreatitis, diarhea, weight loss and now pregnant

I have pancreatitis. Have had 8 weeks of extreme pain. Pain has now subsided. CT and Ultrasound keep showing mild pancreatitis. A cause cannot be found as i have no gallstones and i dont drink alcohol. I have seen a specialist, who sent me home with pain meds. I now have diarhea, for the past month. Sometimes it is oily. Stool sample shows nothing. Blood work shows slight rise in A + L levels. Nothing to be worried about. I have lost 14kgs in 2.5 months. Most of which was lost in the last month. I have now also found out i am pregnant (5 weeks). My GP does not know much about pancreatitis, so i have done alot of my own searching. I am now very scared for the health my unborn baby. Will my loosing weight be harmful to baby. Is there something i can take to stop the effects of the diarhea. I have read up about enzymes and plan to talk to my Gp when i see him next Tuesday, but would like to be ready for incase i once again get no answers.

Ambersmum, make sure you try to find out if you have autoimmune pancreatitis. It's a cause that some docs don't know about. And if your GP hasn't referred you to a GI persn yet, make sure that is done. A GP isn't the doc to handle something like this.
