It took two years and four trips to the emergency room  before I was diagnosed with biliary dyskinesia the other day. My HIDA scan showed a 6% ejection fraction of my gall bladder. I have no problems after eating meals, but happened to have nausea/vomiting/severe right upper quadrant pain that occurred seven hours after my last meal. I was referred to a surgeon, who won't do the procedure due to the fact that I have no insurance at this time. I still have a slight amount of pressure from the affected area but am on a soft, low-fat diet until something can be done. Hopefully you have had something done about your biliary dyskinesia and are doing better.

Yes! Diagnosed after RUQ pain and MRI/MRA, ultrasound and endoscopy are normal. HIDA showed ejection fraction of 16%. They want to take out the gb and hope it makes the pain go away. Luckily my blood work shows everything else looks in order.
How are you doing? Did you have your GB removed?
