nauseous all the time.

So I get nauseous all the time,it never goes away, I'v been to the doctors and everything and they say I'm fine but I feel sick, I have been feeling like this for more than  year, the only thing that really helps are laying in a nice warm bath or sleeping in the mourning. I stay up all night trying to go to bed but the nausea keeps me up till I'm dead tired, This problem I have is keeping me stuck in my room, I can't really eat anything cause I feel sick if I do, and I can't do anything, I really hate this.

Thanks, my base results are perfectly normal, I have been referred to a GI specialist just waiting for a new doctor with moving to a new city, I know anxiety has a part with it which makes it worst, I pray a lot but I know their is so much people like me out their and to know their still feeling thit way is hard, my mother supports me all the way in what I'm going thought, this thing that is causing this doesn't allow me to do things I want, so I will never give up, thanks you for your words, sometimes I just need to say what's on my mind because I know no one in my house is going through this, they don't really understand

What test has your doctor preformed so far?  Have they recommended you to a GI at all?  Have you taken a high quality probiotic?
When I was 25 I started being sick 27/7, nausea and diarrhea like you wouldn't believe .  I "lost my life" to whatever was wrong with me for 3 years.  Every test in the book and nothing wrong.  I was better for some time and about a month ago started getting sick again, this time they discovered "sludge" in my gallbladder... so we will see ware that goes.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that you are not alone.  You should really try to eat though.  When I'm feeling my worst and haven't eaten in a few days I make instant mashed potatoes and whisk in two eggs because they are very nutrient rich and the potatoes make them more palatable.  You can also get something like Ensure to drink, but sometimes that doesn't agree with me.  Make sure you stay hydrated as well.  Its easy to forget to take care of yourself when you feel like ***.  I've also been battling depression since this all started... let me know if you need anyone to talk to.  Don't let your doctors give up on you.  There has to be help for people like us out there someplace.  Also if you can try and look up Integrated Medicine.
