Rectal problems

Hello.

I thought I was getting hemorrhoids on the 20th of March, but as they persisted, so did my symptoms. I have rectal pain, swelling, discharge, bleeding, aching, along with lower abdominal pain, groin pain and lower back pain. I also have bouts of nausea. After any bowel movement I have lower back pain and severe rectal pressure. I have discharge coming from my anus any time of the day, not just when I have a bowel movement. The bleeding is only when I have had a bowel movement. I have kind of lost my appetite the last few days and feel unwell.

I have tried many different treatments. I have tried proctofoam, hemorrhoid cream, suppositories, and even tried using external monistat. I have tried all the other things, sitz baths and increased my fiber intake.

I seen a doctor who just did a quick external exam. He told me to continue using the creams and foams, but they aren't working. He did not do an internal, which I think should have been done.

What could be the problem and should I go somewhere for another diagnosis?

Thank you

Sorry, I would also like to add that I have a lot of movement in my abdomen. Like gargling and stuff.. I am not leaving for the hospital for about half an hour. Any input would be so appreciated.
