Round Yellow Object in Stool

I recently got an all clear result on stool samples by my doctor.  However, that did not clear up what the round dark yellow objects (size and shape of a chick pea) that I've been passing in my stools are.  I started noticing them in loose stools within the past couple of months.  Don't know how long they've been there.  Usually 1 per bowel movement.  I do not consume anything that resembles these objects.  The inside holds a powder-like substance.  I am experiencing some nausea here and there.  I take 1 tri-sprintec birth control pill and 1 Prestiq daily @ bedtime.  When I began noticing these I think I was taking Cymbalta rather than Prestiq.  Neither the birth control pill or the Prestiq resemble this object.  Any clues?

Google "casein curds in stool" I had them . They resemble a pale yellow M&M.. Fake cheeses have a protein that isn't digested by your body and this is how it comes out . Def not gallstones . I haven't had a gallbladder in years .

Your symptoms are identical to mine in every way. What did you find out in the end?

Thank you Ferrariorhealth, I think you nailed it for some of us:
"If you have basically this but it's a brown, red, orange, or other color, research "casein in stool".
A quick Google search brought up this: http://www.curezone.org/ig/i.asp?i=42395 and this http://ehealthforum.com/health/casein-curds-the-peril-of-poop-pods-t206703.html  ...Which I think looks a lot like the original posters picture of the ball with a penny for scale.  This explanation covers all of the variables that people have mentioned with medication, diet, medical history, etc.

I meant to say Food Grade Hydrogen peroxide not h20. Read a ton about it online. Just went again 4th time today of solid stuff getting lighter & softer in color & less like balls & more full/fluffy. This is amazing! Had a headache earlier but after drinking lots of water I feel better!

I just looked at your photo at http://i.imgur.com/yj8Nl9v.jpg & it clearly is a parasite cyst or egg sac. I've had hundreds of these passing the last few days after cleansing with food grade h20 (since the parasite pill cleanse or albenazole wasn't as effective due to my constant constipation for the last few yrs. if you read about parasites there are so many tests & specifics to these tests that have to be followed to a T to get positive results. They break down quickly or only present during the nighttime or don't have a serology for an ELISA test etc plus you have to do the specific test for that specific parasite & there's hundreds (many unknown or catalogued). Anyways I'm also passing what looks like moving tapeworm segments, tiny cream colored little stick worms that move in my stool & a pinworm or tiny Trematoda from my nose. I purchased a microscope & see what looks like a thread work moving possibly a larval ascaris or anakis or trichinella plus some type of egg but since I can't stain them or do a flotation it's hard to diagnose through the layers without staining. I'm just happy the h20 is working because I think the wormwood clove & walnut caused dissemination since I have clear larval migrans in my skin. It's crazy to look in photos the past few years zoom into my skin than up the contrast. There's little worm tracks all over my body - my face looks like a maze! I don't take ANY medications! My cholesterol is perfect! I went on a liquid diet to ensure they were not any food & it's insane! Dr's here really suck because they can't do one test to clear you of parasites - let alone 2-3 so those of you who believe you have no parasites are dillusional! Btw certain medications tend to incite or cause you to rid them more (my bf would pass more when he took his antidepressant) but we are literally expelling whole balls of what look like clear slimy brown biofilm or mucous covered balls filled with brown flecks, granules, sand or sediment, almost grain like specks, little yellow or brown sticks or worms, tiny mucous spirals, tiny yellow hard & soft  various sized little chips plus the corn pellets or yellow skin folds inside on the outside the various sizes balls (btw the balls also vary in shapes & sizes but always round or oval). Plus they include a small amount of clear worms filled with red or brown blood, black shiny things, and seem to have a buildup of the yellow chips on the outside as well as clear mucous tubes & white calcium or powdery buildups covering the outside of them. Almost too crazy to describe. I have various pics but also notice tiny floating clear almost unnoticeable floating swimming strings that look like rows of tiny bubbles. We knew it was parasites when we had what people describe as a morgellens type fiber invading our environment & bodies but under microscope it's not a fiber - it's a filariae or threadworms. They move. They attach to an end of a hair or fabric & travel to your pores & enter like a hookworm causing a sting sensation. Various topical treatments only aggravated them - or would pull them out but without removal of the sulfur, dandruff shampoo, enzyme cleaner, heavy Epsom water etc they'd just crawl back in. Nothing proved to kill them - just shedder their cuticle or sheath.
