Hi!
I am 35 years old. I am suffering from acute lower abdomen & rib-cage pain for the last 1month for which I am undergoing strong medication and Doctor has confirmed that this is due to Lower esophageal sphincter (LES) along with gastrointestinal and Spastic Colon and high SGPT. my sgpt level found 96 where normal range is 0-60. Bacteria found in Endoscopy and clonoscopy report
I would like to get rid of it. I would like to know how to reduce sgpt level in blood and is physical excercise is permissable in this situation. Shape of all inter organ ( liver / stomach /both kidney etc) found okay in USG report
I am under strong medication, which are appended below:
PANTOCID 40 (2x / day) before food for 6 weeks
MEB SR (2x / day) before food for 6 weeks
BIOCLAR-500 MG (2x / day) after food for 10 days
MOX-500 mg (4x / day) after food for 10 days
Anyone with elevated levels of SGPT/SGOT should get tested for Hepatitis. That is how most (85%) of people get diagnosed is by having high levels of AST and ALT's. You can get more info from the Hepatitis forum.
Try googling 'elevated AST and ALT levels.' When you pull up a match, look for an article by AAFP, which has a good overview. Keep in mind that there are 'levels' that range from mild to extremely elevated - slightly over the normal limits may mean very little.
