Seemingly unprovoked horrible gas and stomach ache

I'm 18 years old and this has started somewhat recently, about three times now I have gotten horrible gas pain and upset stomach when eating just about anything I would normally eat, just randomly. It has happened about 3 times now and the foods eaten when I started feeling bad range anywhere from Mexican food, to cereal, to just toast. Symptoms start out innocent enough, seeming like your normal everyday tummy ache into debilitating stomach pain, an overwhelming feeling of gas but I can't seem to pass gas or burp normally to try and relieve it, and increased heart rate. The pain ever so gradually subsides over the course of a day to two days but the initial symptoms take me completely out of commission for the remainder of the day it happens, I plan to go to the doctor about this soon, but if anyone can tell me anything it would be greatly appreciated.
