Severe Gawning Stomach Pain

In the last week of December of 2016 I woke up in the middle of the night with severe stomach pain. I was curling up in pain and I did not know why. I do not smoke, I am a social drinker however, I only take a sip not even drink a whole glass. I eat healthy once a month I eat out. I tried Marshmallow Root tea and, it worked it made my stomach stop hurting and I was able to go to sleep my stomach hurt so bad I could not sleep. It went away then like the pain came back. This went on for like a week off and on. I had moved and now it is 2017 in the month of February I woke up in the middle of the night because, my stomach was hurting so bad it woke me up out of my sleep. This went on- off and on to this present day March 2017, it is 03-27-2017 --  1:38 AM.
I went to the ER like a few days ago I was given every test and an Ultra sound no kidney stones no gallbladder stones no inflamed intestines Blood test came back negative in everything no cancer nothing. I am scared. However, I did notice one thing I was feeling good the other day I ordered pizza I ate one slice and my stomach started to hurt real bad. I am a 36 year old female I am a grandmother a mother, and my children are fatherless. I am all they have to guide them in life.   Two days before I went to the hospital I woke up severely dizzy and my stomach was hurting I was so sure that it was my time. I started to cry and scream my oldest daughter had to hold my hand tight because, my eyes started to roll back and I was do not know I can not remember.  If there is any guesses of what this could be please tell me so that I can do research to help this pain go away. thank you.

So sorry to hear about the pain that you have been in!  Did the ER recommend a follow up with any doctors?  In the past, I've had issues that I had gone to the ER about and they couldn't find anything- I never did follow up with a regular doctor so the cause wasn't ever found until it got worse and worse- in my case it was a gallbladder issue, but that could be different for you.  I'd highly recommend seeking care at a doctor office for a follow up.  The doctors and nurses at the ER are great, but for an issue that keeps getting worse and you are not getting answers on- it's important to get to a doctors office, where they can do follow up!  Hope that you are feeling better soon- keep us updated.
