Severe Stomach ache, no roughage and hunger

I am a 19 year old male. This problem started few days ago after I had this chicken from a restaurant. After that I am having intense stomach ache in morning which ease out when I go to toilet few times. Coupled to that I am having no roughage and no hunger for the last few days. Sometimes I have head ache too. This problem has been steadily increasing that now I can't virtually go out of my home for a long time (more than 1 hour) due to my frequent toilet visits. Please help.

Hi tom - it could be a bacterial infection from the chicken9 salmonella comes to mind).  Try OTC imodium to curtail the diarrhoea. If it still persists after 4-5 days, you really need to see a doctor and get to the bottom (no pun intended) of the problem and get appropriate medication/treatment.
Liz.
