Colon Fit or other fibrous cleansers
I think I may be suffering from IBS or perhaps some sort of colon polyp. I have a feeling of bloatedness, have extreme gas, am nauseous and also sometimes dizzy. I am not sure what's going on but I have an appointment this week.
Does anyone think that using a natural fibrous colon cleanser will help? Or, will it hurt? I feel like I am constipated, but I'm not sure if it's really constipation or just feels like it. That's why I think I may have a polyp or something.

Have you had a complete blood panel? Mybe hypertension which is a system of something else going on with you
