ALT / SGPT Levels
My ALT / SGPT level was 41 last time I had blood drawn. Iv'e been having a lot of burning, yellow diarrhea recently. It kind of comes on sudden and sometimes I have abdominal pain with it. Could something be going on with my liver to cause this because my levels were a little high?

The levels are just slightly high and should not be responsible for your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include GI infections/ inflammations, malabsorption, motility issues, hormonal/ endocrine causes etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician or a gastroenterologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
