Sign and symptom of Jaundice

The tips of my ten fingers turned yellowish a week ago, though not very obvious. no vomiting, no fever, feeling normal.
I am on holidays overseas, cannot seek medical advice easily.
Do you know what is the cause of this yellow colour in my fingers.
Thanks.

If your skin overall isn't more yellowish, and the whites of your eyes are still white (not yellow) then you might be looking at a case of a fungal infection rather than jaundice. Poor nutrition is also a possibility.
