food keeps coming back up after eating

For the past year ive been having trouble throwing up after meals and constipation. it will feel like a pressure in my chest and feel like i need to belch however food comes back up. This can last for up to an hour after eating and i can get chest pain and some abdominal pain with it. If i drink water after a meal the vomiting can be more forecful. The problem can go and go and last between a few days to a few weeks. it seems to subside for maybe a week or so and then comes back. I notcied if i eat heavier meals or even soups i will throw up so ive had to resort to eating very light meals like salads and even baby food as i dont seem to bring this back up.
Ive had a gastroscopy and a x-ray of my stomach but everything came back fine. The doctors dont seem to have a clue what is wrong with me. As i do suffer from PCOS one doctor thought it could be linked to that so put me on the contraceptive pill but this hasnt made any difference. Im also talking a daily laxative the doctor prescribed me as i get constipated alot too which really helps. The doctor also said it could be IBS, is this really a symptom of IBS?
I have lost over a stone in weight due to this problem and its making me depressed as im throwing up pretty much every day and i dont want to lose any more weight.
The past two weeks have gotten worse and ive been throwing up after almost every meal so i now feel very fatigued and am getting a lot of dizzy spells.I am waiting to see a specialist but everything seems to be going so slow.
i was just wondering if anyone knew what this could be or if anyone has had a similar problem?

Anyone throwing up this often needs to find out why. Ignoring this could be very dangerous. I was diagnosed many years ago with Crohn's Disease. I suffered for a long time before I couldn't take it anymore and ended up in a hospital ER. After I was admitted I was told that another 6 hours of being so dehydrated could have taken my life. There are many reasons this could be happening. You really need to find out what is going on. If your doctor is not giving it the attention it deserves, you may need a second opinion. Throwing up in itself can cause a list of problems. I wish you the best and hope you get the help you need soon.

So sorry about all your suffering.
If I were you I would look into the SCD program very seriously.
Doing an elimination diet is highly recommended, but for now you must adhere to a BRAT diet consisting of  bananas, rice, applesauce, dry toast, soda crackers, because of your vomiting, until it subsides.
Staying well hydrated and replacing electrolytes and mineral is very important, however the long-term deficiencies caused by your digestive and G/I issues are very concerning.
Food sensitivities, low gastric acid, low digestive enzymes,
parasitic infections, Candida, Leaky Gut syndrome and Dysbacteriosis ( which is an imbalance where healthy intestinal flora is very low and/or dead).
In  healthy individuals with normal levels of live intestinal flora, the colon is protected from inflammation, immune function is strong, B vitamins and K are produced/ processed efficiently, healthy bacteria help form moist soft stools, risk of colorectal related implications is  substantially reduced.
Probiotics and probiotic foods should be considered as well, but only after your vomiting is resolved, to boost your healthy gut flora.
Please also consider to see a Holistic or Natural medicine Doctor who has experience in this area, specially if you feel you are not the proactive and take charge type of person.
Getting educated and doing a lot of research on this will help increase the chances of your improvement  dramatically!
Beware of most conventional doctors, who may keep you in limbo, because of the limitations of the diagnostic and treatment protocols they use.
Let me know if you need any further details.
Please note that my comments are not intended to replace medical advice.
Best wishes,
Niko
