Spleen

My air bag deployed while driving to work about a year ago, just below my rib area, was very bruised and sore, I have been having abdominal pain, headaches and nausea. A recent CT scan showed contrast on the spleen the radiologist said it had the appreance of a cyst and that they wanted to keep an eye on it and do another scan in a month, my question is can an airbag cause a spleen cyst? I didn't tell the gastrologist I had been hit by an airbag.

i am having the same problem it started with me in 2005 and my doctor then at that time did a CT scan and says i have a cyst on my spleen and i have pain that comes on an goes often will it ever go away or burst ??/ help?

lenell again, i have pain up under my left rib cage and it radiates to the center top of my stomach it last for an hour are so i have to lay down and be still..its really scary but the doctors seem to think it is not inportant that its the spleen so i want to know will the cyst go away like it came?
