Sticky foul smelling feces

I constantly have sticky foul smelling feces. Along with a serious problem with gas. Everyone tells me it's diet. I have changed my diet many times, with no changes. I usually have bowel movements everyday if that makes any difference.
I was told that the foul smell is a high level of bacteria. My blood tests come back normal.
Anyone have any idea what could cause this?

About 5 months ago got a chill and diarria , not regular plus real smelly farts and loose stool that caused me to find a rest room often. Searched and found 'Giardiasis' is quite common causing these symptoms I had. Wont say what i used but got rid of it. u can search and find the med and dose.. metr......... 2400mg. 1x a day for 3 days

me too. My IBS got crabby and I think it is the aftereffects of having antibiotic treatment for a URI. I can't seem to find anything to calm it down. I have been trying to eat well, but that doesn't seem to be a cure all. Help!

Willy, go to your doc and ask to have some stool tests done. The foul smell could be fat malabsorption or it could be due to skewed bacterial levels. It needs to be checked out and blood tests aren't the way to go.
