patient w/gastritis/reflux - what do you eat?

to all those suffering from gastritis, gerds, reflux - Be truth full and tell me what are your eating habits , morning, noon  and night. I want to see if there is a pattern. I suffer from gastritis/reflux. I have always eaten Mexican food which consists of grease, tomato, LOTS of Chile peppers (hot) , fatty meats, lamb, vegetables and sodas. Also mcdonalds twice a week and pizza hut once a month.

Thanks. I am also in a very strict diet. But I still have gas, bloatness, reflux, but it is under control w/prevacid. What I don't understand is I have been eating healthy foods most of my life yet I suffer from gastritis. What gets to me is that most of my co workers have Mc donalds and pizza hut every day and they drink alot after work , don't exercise and they are healthy as a mule. I use to eat Mcdonald but only once a week and would always take my lunch (mexican) but always had eegetables and fruits. Go figure.
