Stomach attack (paroxysm, seizure?)

Hi,
English is not my native language and I'm not really good with medical terms, so please bear with me.

I have these strange attacks (paroxysms, seizures??), they start like this:

1. suddenly out of nowhere I feel nausea like the highest strength of nausea when you feel like you are going to puke the next moment (but you don't)
2. Simultaneously my saliva is starting to be generated like crazy, I could fill a trash can if I wanted, like rainfalls of saliva.
3. At the same moment i begin to burp like crazy.

This mostly happens when I'm hungry (at night), sometimes during the day. I had like six of these during this week. An average attack lasts for about 15-30 seconds. The strongest I had lasted about 90-120 unpleasant seconds.

First of those I had back in 2002, it happened like 3 times. And it never happened again until this week.

What could this be?
Best regards!
