Going after meals is not necessarily abnormal, if it isn't diarrhea. There is a reflex which is stronger in some.
As for feeling "dull", perhaps your blood sugar is dropping afterwards or your meal is very heavy. Try more complex carbs, perhaps more meals, with less at each, and a walk after eating, that somethings helps with fatigue.
