Stomach problems

I have been suffering with rib pain, acid reflux, and most recently, diarreah and acrid, sulfur smelling gas. What is wrong with me?

The rib pain may be associated with your acid reflux. Sometimes the nerves that are in your chest area radiate pain outward and even wrap around to your back, causing the sensation of pain in remote areas of the body. This is according to my husband's chiropractor. Your other symptoms are associated with poor digestion. To get your digestion back on track and control your reflux symptoms, you can try the following: (My husband had your symptoms for many years and now has them under control)
Eat plain yogurt every day for the good bacteria it contains. Take a full spectrum digestive enzyme from the health food store with each meal to ease digestion. Drink a bit of aloe juice or wheatgrass juice everyday to help eliminate gas and to heal your GI tract. Take activated charcoal capsules from the health food store when reflux threatens. It absorbs acid. Read up on these things and you will see how they can benefit you. My husband swears by them. Be persistent and don't give up ! You can heal yourself. Pay attention to your daily habits and be kind to your body.
