Drink a bit of aloe juice or wheatgrass juice everyday to help eliminate gas and to heal your GI tract. Take activated charcoal capsules from the health food store when reflux threatens. It absorbs acid. Read up on these things and you will see how they can benefit you. My husband swears by them. Be persistent and don't give up ! You can heal yourself.
