Stomach problems

I have been having pains in my left side of my abdomen below the ribcage. I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy today and they came back normal.  I have no desire to eat only 1 meal per day and I have been vomitting up the food when I eat it.  The pain does not go away. It is a dull pain. I have had my gallbladder out for years. The docto said he was going to run another test. What can I do about this

Have they ever considered Irritable Bowel Syndrome? Read about it. Only a very good physician will recoginze it. Also, trapped gas because of the location of the descending colon. Try Gas X for several days. Monitor your diet to see which foods make it worse. Typically dairy and red meat are the worse.
