Sometimes if its a real concern, a doctor will do an endoscopy to check for it, but a blood test is a pretty good start and non-invasive. If it comes up positive, they will know. If it comes up negative, but a gluten-free diet works, then they will do an endoscopy to doublecheck.
Ok I will def make an appt with my Physician. I didn't know that Celiac Disease could be checked with a blood test. Someone told me that they would have to take a sample of my intestines to check. But a blood test would be much easier and non-invasive. Thanks for the advice!
You should get checked for Celiac Disease. This requires a simple blood test. You may be avoiding wheat and gluten for no reason if it turns out you do not have this disease. Could be lactose, have you tried avoiding that? Try that and perhaps get tested for that as well.
