Stool stuck in rectum with anal fissure - will an enema soften it?

Hello,
I'm 6 weeks postpartum with a 4th degree tear and suddenly have a stool I can't pass after weeks of diarrhea. I also have a suspected anal fissure and the pain is too intense to pass this size stool so it has been stuck in my rectum for days.

My question is: What will totally liquefy my stool so I'm not passing this extremely painful stool with my anal fissure? I was told that a laxative may not touch the stool that's sitting up against my sphincter because it's nearly out of my body. I tried digging it out, but it's completely blocked now. I want to avoid going to the ER and I want to be sure I won't be screaming in the hospital bathroom because the enema/laxative they give me didn't do anything for the hard stool when I have no choice but to go.
