chronic nausea and tachycardia

I am male , I have 24 year , 2 years ago at the middle of night I did masturbate,and suddenly I felt so stroooong nausea and tachycardia ... i tried to be relax, but up to now I have nausea without vomiting and sometimes tachycardia and arrhythmia and colon's spasms!!!! :((

I just become sleep about 12 hours!!! and I don't wanna wake up ever!!! All time I fell sooooo sleepy!!!

Liver tests + Endoscopy + blood tests + Stool test + urine test + MRI + H.pylori test + abdominal Echo + kidney vessels Doppler  = NORMAL

Note 1: I have G6PD inefficiency , Gilbert's syndrome , and these days my pressure is 13\8 in average!!
Note 2 : I was sportive person and my pressure were always below 12\8 in average too!!

Please Doctor help me!!!! :(((

I would recommend you try eliminating 100% of all lactose from your diet for 2 weeks to see if that helps.

boiled Potato + yogurt + and anything without fat and without spicy + ....+..... + etc.

Yes , I tried many times to make diet but also I didn't get better!!!

I'm not asking for my blood pressure!! I know it's normal!

I hope I find one day the key of my problem!

Your blood pressures are completely normal so there is nothing to worry about with regards to that.  Have you tried any dietary changes?

it began once ago when I mentioned above and it still comes all in other time!

yeah I mean 130\80 and 120\80 ...

and yeah I mean abdominal ultrasound

G6PD discovered long time ago , since i was 4 year!

summary : I have chronic nausea and sometimes tachycardia and always have chronic belching and colon's spasms and headache !! that's all

Note : I did ECG 4 times separated and all were = normal too.

Weclome to the gastroenterology community!  Did this only happen this one time?  And in regards to your blood pressure, but 13/8 and 12/8 do you mean 130/80 and 120/80?  By "abdominal echo" do you mean "abdominal ultrasound"?  What type of doctor diagnosed you with the G6PD inefficiency and how did they diagnose it?
