Trouble with throat, nose, stomach

Hi.  I've had a crazy problem for over 2 months now, and noone can explain it.  It's causing me great difficulty breathing and messing with my throat and stomach it seems like.  Basically, my nose feels blocked off on one side, but not stuffed up.  In fact, my nose is unusually dry.  The same side of my throat feels sore and like nonexistent.  It feels like my throat is somehow displaced to the left, and my right side is nonexistent.  I constantly get this horrible taste in my mouth, and it seems to get worse when I strain in any way or take a deep breath.  My throat is just so tight all the time now and with my nose, it seems to be really messing with my breathing.  Even through my mouth feels like one side isn't getting any air.  Basically, it ***** to lay down, cause I feel almost like my throat is closed slightly and I can feel the cold air against it like it's compressed somehow.  Anyway, I have noticed a lot of gurgling and strange noises in my stomach.  For instance, if I swallow a burp, my stomach gurgles like blowing air in a drink.  But, it's also hard to get the burp out now.  I don't know what it could be.  I've had any kind of test you can have from the head to the abdomen.  They all don't reveal any issues.  I've had allergy testing, breathing tests, CT of my chest, CTA of my chest, CT of my abdomen, MRI of abdomen, Ultrasound of Abdomen, CT of Neck, Ultrasound of Neck/Thyroid, MRI of Brain, MRA of Brain, Laryngoscopy 3 times, Upper Endoscopy, Upper GI series, Barium Swallow, Modified Barium Swallow, MRCP, Echocardiogram, EKGs, Chest X-rays, Stress test, a zillion blood tests.

I think it's some type of anatomical problem with my stomach and somehow it's displacing my throat or esophagus.  But, my doc thinks that's crazy.  But, I get a lot of pains near my sternum, and I notice the gurgling sound I get seems to be very far to the left of my abdomen, like my stomach has shifted somehow.  Let me ask you this.  I prepared some images and it looks like my stomach is actually moving to the left over time.  Also, it appears to get this more blob like appearance in the newer images.  Anyone who knows anything about images, could you take a look and see if this looks like my stomach has moved out of place or become displaced or something?

Hey, thanks.  Yeah, I notice the sugar thing.  I basically drink Hi-C with every meal, and I noticed it makes me worse.  But, I switched to water and sprite now, seems a bit better.  I'm not sure if they tested me for gluten allergy.  I know I had some type of Celiac Test.  I will ask my doctor.  It's more with my throat and breathing.  It's not like reflux, but it's as if some type of hot air is coming up instead and I can't control it.  I don't know, but it's like hot air is filling my throat and face, but I know it's not acid reflux in the usual sense.

Since you have seen doctors already, it wouldn't hurt to go on a diet that avoids allergens like milk, nuts, peanuts.  Get tested for gluten allergy just because it's so common and causes such weird symptoms.  Avoid sugar as it causes inflammation.

Hope you get relief.

No, I don't think the problem is that your stomach has moved out of place.
