Upper right quadrant pain

I have urq pain for many years it disturbs my sleep greatly. Now my bones hurt alOng with it. I had every test gastric except ercp. I feel like I'm having liver or pancreatic attacks. In ER  one time they said sphincter of  oddi. My Dr. Would not do ercp test, said liver enzymes were normal . Gave me vicoden for the bone pain but after taking it I'm in soooo much pain 20 min later. I have NO quality of life exausted from the sleep I can't even get to different Dr.s have to work and feel like I'm kit being heard. Had ct scan n nothing. Tired of hearing I'm depressed cannot take antidepressants just  in more pain with pills. I feel like I need someone to really hear me and try to find some mystery cause. It gets worse during high hormone levels...??? Any answers???

it sin my lower back and hips and now going up my spine. I can barely get up or down. I feel like I'm breaking in half. The results of the hida scan were perfect. As I said one Dr. form an Er mentioned sphinter of oddi dysfunction but my liver tests are good, unless i take medications. I had trigemnial neuralgia beginning f last school year and had to be on tegretal. I was sooo sick form it. I was literally coughing up green stuff the whole time with pains on my side. I did not go to get tests as I was just to sick. The Dr. will not do an ERCP liver tests were fine. whatever they did at the time. I had a bone scan and it showed hot spots but I was told its probably an autoimmune thing.
going to a ruemotologist next week.

What was the result of the HIDA?
What exactly do you mean by bone pain?
Have you had a calcium level checked?
Have any meds been given empirically other than Elavil?

Thank you so much for responding . I had a colonoscopy , endoscopy , ct with and without contrast, ultrasounds , and a hida scan. I was literally up all night with horrible pain after trying to take elavil at a low dose for sleep because of excruciating bone pain, ( nit for depression ). It gets really bad during high hormone levels as I said. It's always bad n getting worse. Oh and I also get hiccups when I eat, not sure if that has anything to do with it just mentioned it. I tried a couple of years ago a diet where they inject hcg hormones , it all the rage. I though I was going to literally die. I couldn't even get myself to the hospital . I was having attacks on the upper right quadrant sweating and doubled over. Really can't go on have to figure it out for once...
