What could be wrong with me?

I've been experiencing digestion problems after eating for several months. The problem seems to be getting worse. After I eat my stomach fills with bloating, gas, and feels weird and fluttery on the right side. My stomach bloats up like I'm pregnant and I feel like I have to go to the bathroom but I can't. It is extremely uncomfortable and hurts from my bladder to the top of my back. I also get extremely tired and dizzy when I eat something "bad". It doesn't happen with all foods, but almost always happens with cheese. Sometimes meats, sometimes milk, yogurt - everything else is hit or miss. I cannot find a specific cause.
My GP ran full blood work testing for Celiac disease in March. Everything came back normal. I had more blood work on Sept 15th testing white and red blood cells, liver function, pancrease function - everything came back normal. I had an ultrasound on my liver, pancreas, spleen, gall bladder and everything is normal.
I am so uncomfortable. I feel so rotten, I'm desperate to figure out what's wrong. I have started a food diary to try to figure things out on my own. My Dr is out of the office for another 2 weeks so I'm not sure what to do. I'm not dying, just very uncomfortable and desperate for answers.
The only other odd thing during my exam was I gasped when she touched my appendix. I have pains over there occassionally but always assumed it was an ovary or something. She said it couldn't be that though. I NEVER get fevers, have low bp, low body temp (usually 97 degrees). I'm thin and in good health other than these problems.
What should I do? Could it be lactose intollerance, allergy of some sort? I'm so confused and desperate.

Thanks for your response.
I think the hardest part is waiting for my Dr to come back from vacation.

I started a food diary today and started taking probiotics. I just need to get through 2 more weeks untill she's back.

We do have a medical training facility here and I will keep it in mind. I need answers. I feel like a mess.

Hi,
If I were you, I would find a teaching hospital within your area and make an appt with the gastroenterology department.  I think that is your best bet of getting to the root of your problem.
