What do these symptoms mean?

Among a bunch of other recent symptoms for other illnesses and just today being diagnosed with diabetes, i have this terrible pain below my right rib cage. About a month ago, I started feeling like there was something swelling in my right side of my upper abdomen. Now for the last few days, I have intermittent pain that is throbbing and happens everytime I eat. I also feel like a baloon is swelling on my right side everytime.  I get nausiaus and the pain even takes my breath away. It sometimes just comes on without eating. It happens several times a day and the other night i couldnt sleep.  Are these gallstone symptoms? I had a pelvic ultrasound about a month ago and they  found a mass on my right ovary..But its only about 5 cm. I thought that it was growing, because of the swelling and pain..but now i feel this is the gallbladder. Can you guys give me some input?? thanks

I personally would get checked out, and I personally think it could be either your gall bladder, liver, or maybe an ulcer. But, then again, I'm no doctor. Hope it turns out okay for you and it's just gas or something minor. Good luck.

I'd definately get your liver checked out.

Well, it certainly could be gallbladder.  Have you lost a lot of weight recently?  I've been told that doing so will often cause gallstones to form.  If you see a gastroenterologist they'll likely want you to have an abdominal ultrasound and a HIDA scan.

Good luck.
