Why can't I eat much food without extreme stomach pain and the feeling of nausea?

I have always been able to eat whatever I wanted for thirteen years. But now I can't really eat anything without stomach pain. I have tried eating a lot of different food. But it all hurts and makes me feel sick.

I would stick to a low-fat diet and go to the GP. Could be gallstones but could be a number of other things also. Avoid alcohol and spicy foods until you get this investigated.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  I would recommend seeing a doctor about this problem as their are many things that could cause this.  In the mean time, I would recommend eating smaller more frequent meals.
