3yrs daughter stomach disorder

She been complaining of stomach ache and also vomitting through the night, I think she getting dehydrated

Glad to hear she's feeling better!  It's amazing how kids can be so sick one minute and the next, they are running around playing like nothing was ever wrong!

Thanks every1 cos I,ve seen d paediatrician and everything is normal and she's playing again.

Children can get dehydrated very quickly, so if you're already suspsecting she's dehydrated, you need to get her to the doctor IMMEDIATELY!  If you can't see her pediatrician right away, take her to the ER - they will at least be able to give her some fluifds through and IV to help rehydrate her and maybe some medication to help with the nausea/vomiting.
