Hi there!

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine than cause of your symptoms. This could occur due to issues with any of the intra-abdominal structures or due to neuromuscular issues etc. It would be best to get this evaluated by a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care many be sought.
