abdominal stress

hi, i am having abdominal bloating and gurgling since quite long time. also sometime i am having loose stool. i also notice that my stool is not like before, now it is thick.  i was doubting that it could be an std causing that, but all test i did during one year period was negative and doctors said no need to repeat these tests. test done was hiv, hepatis b, hepatis c, siphilis, urine test, all blood test etc. also i did ultrasound of abdomen and chest x ray, which states that everything is fine. but i still having these symptoms whish is worrying me. i am very stressed and my doctors even a psychologist told me that this is due to anxiety i am having. i want to know what are the possible causes and if really anxiety can lead to this ongoing and continuous symtoms. thanking you in advance.

Anxiety and stress can cause you to have issues with your stool.  You could just have simple ibs which means your stomach now gets aggravated easily.  Try to relax.  If you had an std those tests would have caught it and I do not think that is your problem.   Try to eat right and do not each too much sugar or fatty food and see if that will help.
