I am 24 yr old male vegetarian

Well i have experiencing some symptoms from past 3

and half months...
One day after having the meal , i suddenly felt

uncomfortable, nausea , sweating and coughing. i

went to a doctor he advised to have chest xray and

blood test, and result was normal.
The other day after finishing my breakfast i was in

my room , and suddenly felt the same thing , i took

my friend along to a hospital and when we were on

the way i felt my heart racing , heavy breathing and

numbness of hands and feeling like something is

rushing through my hands and legs, and i was little

shakky too .. i ended up in ER , they performed a

blood test , EKG and everything was normal ..expect

my Bloodpressure which was 140/90  but doctor said

there is nothing to worry.

After a month while sleeping in night i got a call

in the middle of night , and i felt the same thing ,

along with heavy breathing , which was like i was

struggling to breath..

There have been instances when in the middle of

night i woke up along with shortness of breath and

chills which were uncontrollable.  And after a ride

in my car in the middle of night it disappeared .

I have trouble with stools also , it is dark color

sometimes and with foam, i have problem with gas in

stomach also , feels like there is lots of gas

filled in my stomach but couldnt get it out.

They other while i was working late in night i

suddenly felts pain in my chest and back , and i

landed up in ER and EKG was performed which turned

out to be normal and i was given a medicine for

acidity .
sometimes i feel tremors in my chest , stomach and

whole of upper body , which are mild like a

vibration. and few days back i felt moderate pain

after pressing  in the area where the breast bone

ends.
often my nostrils are block and i feel shortness of

breath and coughing .and sometimes i feel my

nostrils are wide
open and i enjoy the amount of air entering in to my

body.

with shortness of breath i also feel little dizzy

and it scares the hell out of me and i feel there is

some problem. i landed up in ER 3 times in 3 months

but everything showed up was normal
i feel safe near to hospital or medical emergency

and often avoid travelling by Air. feels like

something wrong can happen any where any time.

there were same symptoms like heart racing ,

shortness of breath , fatigue , dizziness around 2

times when i missed a meal and had it later.
i dont know what is wrong with me..these things

sometimes make me very sad and depressed and

sometimes i am really very happy. i have trouble

sleeping also .

There is no pain or anything , appetite is same ,

weight is same.ie 75 kgs. some times i can climb the

flight of stairs very fast without any problem and

sometimes there is trouble while talking or climbing

the stairs, i feels like I am running out of breath.

and heart is pounding . when ever 2-3 of these

symptoms occur i got the toilet and fresh up which

is relaxing..

I am 20 years old my name is Samantha. I just had my first child (Alessandra) a little over a month ago. I am experiencing the EXACT same symptoms. My chest pain on the left side at times becomes unbearable but it hurts my whole chest. Gets much worse when i eat or drink anything. When i wake up in the morning i am freezing but sweating. Light headed and feel like if i move too quickly or at all i will faint. Its like i have to spend an hour lying there taking antacids and gas-x and pain medicine before i move. And even then it barely helps i just have to force myself to move. My vision gets blurry because i have no appetite and if i do i am so afraid to eat due to the pain i feel. Once i do move and get up its a few hours of forcing myself to get gas out and its completely nonstop. Even if i eat and drink NOTHING. and like i said the medicine is barely working. My chest and back and sides especially back have stabbing sharp pains all day. They stop breifly but not completely then come back. It hurts to urinate. To deficate. Im dizzy short or breathe...i need to figure out what is wrong with me because i feel as though im constantly having a heart attack or going into cardiac arrest every morning. Its so so so hard to get my gas out and my chest left side hurts soooo badly. Help :(

Sunny883, what was the final diagnoses? I have the exact same problems.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  It seems like you need some more testing done.  I would recommend seeing a gastroenterologist and discussing more tests, like a gastric emptying scan.
