allergies to antibiotics

I am waiting for a test result to see if I have Hpylori, I am allergic to the antibiotics suggested but okay with amoxicillin, can it be cured with this anti biotic (alone) and zantac as I'm also a rare person and allergic to ppi's?!? What are my options? I'm so tired of this pain and very worried!

Hi...I wish I could advise u on this...wondered if u also get yeast infections...antibiotics can cause a flare up of a yeast infection...so do ask for DIFLUCAN to help prevent that issue altogether.

Speaking with a Pharmacist may be the best help in knowing what meds would be best for u with the H.Pylori...it can be resistant to antibiotics...and can require a second round. Then, the antibiotics can kill off all teh good bacteria u need, so ask ur dr about taking a probiotic afterward.

Hi there , I have full blown shock to most antibiotics, and dont suffer from yeast problems, tried a pharmacist, no help at all! I think I'm just stuffed really! xxxx
