I am surprised you have left this up to a week, if your stools ended within the 24hours turning to blood you should immediately ring emergency to sort this out urgently, an xray will soon show what is happening inside, don't delay!!

You know you should go and see a gastroentrologist. It can be anything, only the doctor will be able to tell you after running several tests on you. Dont waste time.
