Can endoscopic biopsy miss H. Pylori?

So I have not been feeling well for about 11 months.  My main symptoms are abdominal pain/discomfort.  When I haven't eaten for a while, I get what would resemble hunger pains, when I have just eaten something I get a bloated pain.  I am only naseated every once in a while but have never thrown up.  I do get funny chest shoulder pains or almost tingles that sort of itch.  I have not been able to swallow normally for 11 months.  I feel like there is a lump in my swallowing motion.  I also get painful tingling itching at the base of the neck in the esophagus (same as chest pain), except the esophagus seems to be much more sensitive.  I have had an endoscopy (normal, no gastritis, no GERD, no H. Pylori), barium swallow (normal), 24 hr PH (normal), ultrasound (normal), ejection fraction test (I was a 13 and have since had my gallbladder removed).  Suffice it to say I am disappointed that the GB removal did not fix the situation.  Bowel movements are slightly irregular, but still daily, just feel like I have incomplete evacuation.  Always pretty sticky if not loose.  Sometimes fatty & sometimes with mucous.

My question is could this be gastritis/H. Pylori?  The swallowing and abdominal distress seems to fit the profile...

Could they have missed it with m endoscopy 9 months ago?

Blood tests were sent to the lab testing for H. Pylori & Celiac disease.  Any thoughts?

h pylori & negative endoscopy, blood and stool test
I have been complaining for over 9 months, had several blood, stool and endoscopic tests all with negative results.
I own a cleaning business and my partner routinely fixes the computers that run sanitation machinery in NYC, so I was convinced we both were somehow (probably work related) exposed to a parasite but my months of  multiple tests showed up negative as well as most doctors not taking complaints seriously.
I finally was referred to an infectious disease specialist after telling my GP I was next contacting the CDC!  Finally I am on antibiotics and hoping for a full recovery and my partner is awaiting results.
Before I had symptoms I noticed he was very, very bloated looking and had bad breath, but no symptoms of any note.  Then a month or so later I had started vomiting/regurgitation, very extreme fatigue, tingling and itching sensations mostly on arms and legs (like fantom bugs biting me), irregular heartbeats, feeling like something stuck in my throat, severe brain fog and cognitive issues, feeling hungry all the time, but being unable to eat much or hold it down, very bloated and strangely.... weight gain (not loss- still confused about this....).
I felt so sick and tired that I canceled two vacations and cut my workload in half.   I was told over and over again that I was peri-menopausal and just getting old and to deal with it.  But I knew that was not an answer, that there was something wrong.   There was often no rhyme or reason to the vomiting, thinking i had food allergies I would find a food that stayed down and just eat that for days, then all of a sudden that food would become a problem too and I'd move on to something else (celiac was ruled out, among other allergies).
Finally I got what appeared to be a bite of some kind over my eye and it swelled shut.  The ER doc gave me mild antibiotics and I all of a sudden felt almost 100%.  Within 48 hours of ending the 7 day treatment I was getting sick again.  I was scheduled to go for a weekend in  Boston to see the Foo Fighters and was not looking forward to seeing my favorite band while being sick, so I managed to get another 5 days worth of antibiotics to ensure I would be able to enjoy my long awaited weekend away (only because my Dr was unavailable and her assistant basically wanted to get rid of me: I should add that just around this time, I was in to see this doctor 5 times in a matter of 2-3 weeks because I had become so sick) to ensure I would be able to enjoy my long awaited weekend away!  Knowing my body and knowing that there must be a parasite that was being 'killed'  by the anti-biotics, I again called dr. letting her know that whatever was wrong with me, the meds were making me feel better but as soon as I stopped taking, all the symptoms started to re-occur.  All to no avail.  I did everything I could to get more anti-biotics (had not had to take anti=biotics for 25+years prior to this) and told assistant I left meds in Boston, got 3 more days worth of weak anti=biotics but knew that would not be enough.  Again, symptoms came back.  I tried to buy them on=line, called friends near mexican border and in austrailia to try and get the correct type of meds.  More doctors and tests until finally!!!!!  Threatening to get the CDC involved FINALLY got me a referral to a wonderful Infectious Disease Dr who finally just listened to me.
I just started a 14 day multi pack of anti=biotics and am finally hopeful.  Now we just have to get the boyfriend to get treatment, but at least now we know what to look for.
Because our world is now so mobile the medical establishment needs to be more open to "3rd world diseases" invading the US.  Our restaurants employee below minimum wage people who are often immigrants, travel has never been easier or cheaper, and exposure is probably much, much  more easy to get here than people would think.

Helicobacter pylori is most likely acquired by eating contaminated food or water and through person-to-person contact. It is believed that most people become infected in childhood.

Sounds similar to my situation, read my blog H Pylori and C Dif complications.  I was diagnosed with H Pylori in 2007, was treated for it but I think now it is returning.  Waiting on test results now.
