conditions with symptons similar to gallbladder issues

Even though Im told I have tonnes of gallstones (found via ultrasound) and all the pain and symptoms, my dr's secretary now tells me that my Hida scan came back normal...hmmm.  I have another dr appt on Feb 18th, and Im NOT giving up because it is deffinitely not normal to be in so much pain and discomfort almost every day.  What are some other possiblities??? my symptoms are as follows but not limited to:
1. upper right abdominal pain sometimes lasting all day as a strong but dull pain, and sometimes as a sudden sharp pain. Radiates to my back and right shoulder
2. sometimes nauseaus (sometimes leading to vomitting clear greasy looking.
3. pale stool
4. fatigue
5. once in awhile I get lightheaded (perhaps from not wanting to eat due to foods causing pain)
6: when in pain, under my rib cage on right side is tender to touch, pressure there makes me nauseaus.
7. antacids, zantac, Rabeprazole, tylenol ones etc do not ease the pain and discomfort
8. gassy

please give me your thaughts on possibilities since my dr is saying its reflux not my gallbladder.. Im very frustrated now...

I am not doctor, but it sounds like your GB to me. How is your body posture? Do you lean forward at all for over an hour at time in any chair or desk or at the computer or something? I was just reading how leaning forward can cause a plethora of problems.

How are your stress levels?

I am a stay at home mom of a 3 year old, my hubby has a good job, bills get paid so my stress levels arent too high.  I do however tend to round my shoulders forward while sitting, but once I realize Im slouching I try to correct my posture, and it is actually one of the first things I asked my dr's student doc that examined me when I first decided to investigate.  My pain did seem to start mainly in my back.  There is so much that it could be, Im just going to stick it out and push forward...*while keeping my posture more in mind* thank you for your input its greatly appreciated.

I've had my GB taken out and it was after my first child was 2 months old . I had GB attacks though . For a awhile it just felt like really bad indigestion . I would take antacids and it would make it bearable . I also got the pain in my shoulder blades I figured it was gas from the foods I was eating because my diet at the time was not very good. Then one night after eating tacos I started to get sharp pain on my left side and knew that antacids wouldn't work for these pains. I would get a second opinion , you really don't want to wait for gb attacks because they're worse then contractions in my opinion !

I have had a gallbladder attack before I even went to the dr.  I was in excruciating pain in the right side of my abdomen about an hour after eating a bowl of ice cream.  I couldnt even walk upright, curled up in bed and it lasted at minimum an hour. My doc just passed it off with a hmmm. I wish I could get a second opinion but unless I drop her as my family physician (which she has been for the last 10 years, as well as my mom, grandma, and 2 of my sister) no one else will touch me, because they don't like to step on another docs toes...

I finally had my specialist appointment today.  As it turns out my family dr is retarded and totally goofed up my hida results.  They told me that my results were normal, but according to the surgeon I consulted with today, my gall bladder didn't even show on my Hida scan, meaning it didn't even fill up...meaning it was blocked or full of sludge at the time of the scan, hence the reason they didn't inject the cck.  They can't inject the cck to empty a gall bladder that didn't fill...now I am so frustrated with my family doc.
