constant stomach pain

I have had stomach pain for the past 3 months and I have tried everything to ease it up.  I was on pain meds for 4 years and I am 92 days clean, but the pain is so bad that it hurts to have anything in my stomach including water of all things.  I do not have a doctor because I am afraid that they will put me back on a bunch of meds that will only cost a bundle and do nothing for me .  does anyone have any advise for me.   thank you and god bless you all.

Pain killers may have caused gastritis or even ulcers in your stomach. Green tea, easing the pain, support this thoght, since green tea may form a thin film, which covers ulcers and thus protect them temporarily from acid. Besides, extremely common infection with Helycobacter pylori (50% of people are considered to have it) may worsen or even causing gastritis.

My suggestion: Ask for a breath test for H.pylori. If positive, this is treated with 1 week course of antibiotics, which, in most cases, is successful. Until having breath test, anti-acid drugs will relieve the pain.

Please, consider this, I'm not getting you some vague advice, but of course, I can't tell exact diagnosis from here.

Try that breath test. If this will be negative, then only gastroscopy (upper endoscopy) can show what's in your stomach.

You have the right to access all of your medical documentation, and to transfer it to your eventual new GP. Just for info.

I was very active until july 2003 when i broke my neck in a boggie board accident.  i recovered from surgery after 4 months.  Since then my neck needs more surgery on C7-T1.  I had my gablader removed 1 year ago.  I wake up every day with pain so Im not sure what all you want me to list.  I have been so depressed and i really wonder if this is my life.  i never went to the doctore prior to my neck injury.  i don't drink and i don't do illegal drugs.  i just want to feel better.  my upper stomach does blug out more than my lower and it sometimes is hard to the touch and warm.  if i sit for a bit and drink some green tea it seems to ease enough that i can either continue what i was doing or go back to sleep.  im so sorry that im not telling you everything but i feel for the past 4 years that i have been treated like hell from the doctors and i thought i would try to get myself help through home remedys instead going back to the doctor which i can't now since i went to a rehab for the pain killers he prescribed to me and he has dismissed me as a patient because i begged him to take me off them and he told me no that i needed them and he would take me off when he felt it was neccessary.  so i seeked other help and he will no longer see me or give me my records.  thanks for letting me go on and god bless you for letting me know that people still do speak to strangers.  have a great day.

Can you write down your medical history? What diseases you had, what drugs, diagnoses, and if you can precisely describe your pain (where, when, triggers, relievers...). Diarrhea, constiopation, stool color...?
