Welcome to the gastroenterology community! Unless there is a specific certain condition that is causing you diarrhea that can be treated with surgery, there are no surgery options. You should undergo some testing to figure out what is the cause is but more likely than not there are no surgery options, just medication and dietary changes.

Depending on the cause, there may not be any surgery options. Have you been to a doctor? What test have they done? Have you been checked for food allergies? Do you have any other symptoms?
