cronic stomach problems ,blood in the stool possible polyp's

ok so im 20 years old and have had a number of problems throughout my whole life.  i have a appt for a GI doctor about some recent blood in the stool my doctor think i may have polyps ...i dont want to go and waste my time as well as doctors time because i genuinely want/need to be better ive been depressed my whole life...ive come to terms i will die sick when i was about 7 .now my real point ive experimented with a number of drugs as a kid such as cocaine ...but i want to get one thing absolutely clear i havent used drugs in more than 5 years. i have hypogammaglobulinemia and i need my medical history good so doctors dont just look at me like a junkie. when i was about 13-14 there was alot of broken glass in it and i tried to clean it out but it did not work i have been rejecting glass from the roof of my mouth for a number of years i have a bad feeling that the glass could be causing something really bad.please im am not a drug user anymore and i dont want to seal my fate and make doctors think im just another junkie...i have a family i need to take care of and a lil sister that needs me...i just want the truth.i want to live well and i cant live with stomach pain every meal . never being able to have a full bowel movement. im not going to lie about my drug history the point is i dont use anymore, not in the past 5 years...please i will answer all questions truthfully ...i need help

the glass was a dumb choice of cocaine use with a broken mirror just to clarify

It sounds like you have constipation.  You can feel much better if you get this under control.  Even the depression may go right away.  You may be very vitamin deficient.

I'm not clear on how you got into glass, but you will need a few tests to determine the cause of your GI problems.  Don't give up.
