. I have started experiencing many uncomfortable things lately in the past two years, starting with watery stools. I have extreme bloating, in some cases by the end of the day I cannot fit into my own pair of pants (the biggest pair I have for those lazy days). This bloating is not only bad but it stops me from eating because I feel full and uncomfortable. On top on that every time I do actually eat, I end up going to the bathroom in the next 2-3 hours and getting rid of that food.I know this is bad because the stools (or whatever is in the water) not only is looks like diarrhea but smells
. This has brought me to the point of loss of appetite because I am afraid of eating and not having a bathroom to go to in couple of hours. I have tried high fiber foods, like the citricl, but that only gets me bloated even more till pain comes in for the whole day, and a big water weight gain. I do drink a lot of water everyday and green tea (or any kind of tea) because I do not like the smell of coffee in bathroom. Any suggestions?
There are many things that fit this description. It would be best for you to see a doctor to get a diagnosis. I could run down a list of possibilities, but it won't help you figure out what it is you have. You need to have some tests run by a doctor. I hope this helps.
If you drink alot of alcohol the night before do symptoms ease?if so do a parasite cleanse. Not saying its that but the alcohol stops them performing their usual duties and symptoms subside.
Have you been checked for any food allergies/intolerances? Out of nowhere last year i started experiencing severe diarrhea daily. i also had completely lost my appetite and lost a lot of weight. i was afraid to eat because everytime i did it would go right through me. sometimes i would experience horrible cramping along with the diarrhea and i even experienced horrible cramping when i would have the occasional solid stool. i went to the gi doc and he performed multiple blood tests and stool tests. my stool tests tested positive for a lactose and fructose intolerance. ive almost completely cut out those foods from diet and i havent had diarrhea in quite some time. immodium ad worked wonders for me while i was awaiting a diagnosis. it really helped me to get out and do things and not have to worry about having diarrhea. i took the recommended dosage, 2 after first loose stool and 1 after each subsequent loose stool, but most of the time the 2 pills helped to solidify my stools.
so if you need some immediate relief while waiting for a doc appointment i suggest trying an anti-diarrheal med. good luck, i hope you find out whats wrong.
