diarrhea worries - please help?

hello - i am hoping someone can help.

34 year old female, pretty healthy - but the past2-3 days, i have had diarrhea pretty badly.

wednesday morning - diarrhea, emptied myself out.
wednesday evening - nothing.
thursday morning [2-3am] - watery diarrhea
all day thursday - nothing
friday morning - nothing
friday afternoon [now] - watery diarrhea three times in a row.

i haven't had anything to eat out of the norm. i am actually a huge creature of nature, meaning my routine and diet doesn't change, haha. but i have no fever - no chills - just a slight grumble in the tummy before i have to go. but i am scared to death [i also have health anxiety] that this is something more. i also would like to mention that, because i have severe health anxiety, i tend to stray from doctors as well. i am always so afraid of what they are going to tell me.

has anyone else experienced diarrhea for a few days but have been fine?
