i also have the same problem but mine is just the swelling of the stomach and the intence pain. cause on certain days i'll wake up with a flat stomach and then during the day my stomach just swells up for no apparent reason like im pregnent and i get the se horrible pains that dont go away no matter what pain killers i use then after a long time of swelling and pain it goes away and comes again the next day i dont know what it is? can someone help me

A LOT of swelling-about the size I was at 4 mo pregnant.  Cronic fatigue.  Whole body just hurts.  Lower back pain.  Ovarian cysts come and go, but no diagnosis.  So tired that I am losing my ability to carry out daily functions, and becoming very depressed.  Memory loss.  Loss of muscle.  Feel like my comfort is just knowing that there are others suffering with this and that I'm not crazy.  I have had tons of blood work and ultrasounds.  Kinda feel hopeless.  AND, I hate complaining!
