elongated colon and peanuts, almonds?

I get backed up in the final section of the large intestine as I have an enlongated colon.

Since December I was on laxative (miralax) for well over a year, i consumed a big bag of nuts and been using those instead since.  My understanding is the nuts attract water into the poop similar to the laxative, but I also wonder if they are making it so that the poop does not go clay like.

What do you all think?

there is visible nuts in the poop most of the time, guess I am wondering if that is keeping it from becoming clay, or too hard to pass. Or maybe something else, but nothing really has changed except for the nuts.
