Thank you so much for the tips. I do try the deep breathing exercises and those do seem to settle me down when im having one of my waves of nausea. The Tums actually seem to make my stomach more upset but i do take an acid reducer which does seem to help. thank you for the help :)

Your nausea can be from a variety of things, from constipation to an ulcer to too much acid in the tummy.  To counteract nausea in general, you can try chewing up some Tums whenever that feeling comes over you, drink a big glass of water after it crunches all the way up, and then right after that practice deep breathing to relax, which you breathe in real deep, blow it out, then breathe normally, and then breathe in deep again, do it ten times and think of nothing but your breathing.  It'll knock your anxiety down a few knotches and help settle your tummy.  Since this has been going on for years, could be something you eat or drink all the time is doing this... like I found out store-brand sodas bothered my stomach.
