gas bloat syndrome

for i year now.i have had extreme bloating and constant nausea,it seems like it started when they put me on cellcept for autoimmune disease,i also had neison wrap over 3 years ago, i have bowel movements every day,have had your basic tests.all they say is i have a lot of gas in my bowels.i look and feel 9 months pregnant
