gastroenterology problem

I have been having severe epigastric pain for the past 3 months. Also very
bad headaches. The abdominal pain is usually there throughout but varies
in terms of intensity. Some times its bearable and at times it gets too severe.
I have been relying on strong painkillers cause they are the only things that
lessen the pain. Almost 2 yrs back i had a surgery where my gallbadder and
appendix was removed. This was because of gallstones and appendicitis
respectively. The last endoscopy done 4 months ago showed i had multiple polyps
in my duodenum but were not cancerous..I am really loosing weight and have no
appetite. Please advise what could be the problem.Could i hv gotten cancer now or what is the problem.I am 19.
I dont drink or smoke.

After having my gallbladder out I had no appetite and could not gain weight.  Lots of trouble moving bowels.  Turned out I had Celiac.  I was vitamin D and iron deficient.

Did the Dr tell you to watch what kinds of foods you should eat after the surgery? Most of us that have had our gallbladders removed should stay on a very low fat diet. It also helps to eat several small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
Do you get the stomach pain after eating certain foods or drinks that have caffeine?
