I think you can try
FRUITS: avocado, bananas, blackberries, cranberries, lemons, limes, oranges, rhubarb, strawberries.
VEGETABLES: celery, endive, escarole, spinach..but cut out stalks.
They are low in fructose and not high in fibers, so it should be fine.
i'm not bloated my diet is..... bananas, bread, soup, noodles, rice, that sorta stuff. No juice no fruits or vegetables cause the doctor said no to that. Its really boring eating that sorta food but thats life. I'm feeling really weak cause my nutrients and vitamin levels have slumped big time because i can't eat nutrient-full foods because it'll just give me diarrhea. i'm dieing for some fruits and veggies, i hope the stool result comes smoothly
