Im 30 year old male.

The last two months has been worse of my life, i started to noticed alot of bleeding coming my rectum, it comes after my stool and drips into the toilet, also alot on the paper. Also i noticed alot of green mucus stucking onto my stool sometimes.  I keep track of my weight regular as im a gym instructor. I started to get a bad pain in my abdominal and lost about 2 stone over a 2 week period, everyone said i looklike a different person. after the 2 weeks of weight loss my weight has maintained and even gained a stone back but the stomach pain still continues mainly on the right hand side and lower back. Also i feel tired and exhausted alot of the time.I have to mention about 7 Months ago i did a daft thing and used Human Growth Hormone to get better results in the gym, i did this for 3 months, taking 5IU per day for 5 days then 2 days off( i know this was stupid). My doctor says that wouldnt of caused what is going on with me now.
So far ive had the following tests

Sigmoidoscopy == Normal
Camera down throat = Normal
Full Abdominal Ultrasound = Normal
Chest Xray= Normal
Barium Meal = Normal
Barium Enema = They couldnt see the right side of colon cause there was food there.
Ive had 4 Liver function test= First showed a HIGH ALT and Billirubin ALT 48 B/rubin 21 = both high
2nd test  ALT 71 B/Rubin 19= both high
3rd test ALT 63 B/rubin 19=Both HIgh
4th test ALT 40 B R/ubin 16   my doctor says that this test was all normal

Im really worried that i may have cancer, i have a young family, could you tell me what you think??

No it was free forum but pl. i had no luck either.As i was saying their are an number of issues that can do that beside cancer my friend .Many condition will make you loss lot of weight/blood.My friend suffered from IBS last summer she lost almost 40 pound just by that ,I lost/gain b'coz of thyrod .Weight loss is one of many symptoms . when you put together and run test you will see the reason why but you need proper test and diagnoses before thinking that big.I am in the same boat as you so i excatly know what you feel .My bet is on your colonoscopy i think that will give you so many anwers.Ct Scan is another. Please feel better and what ever you feel post i am here.

i dont get paid till friday so cant afford to post on his expert forum unfortunately. my main concern was the weigth loss aswell , that seems to indicate cancer :(

My sincer advice to you is please don't run into conclution .their are so many reson for you to have blood in your stool .sometime you break hammorid  can bleed ,some time you have stool issues with diet , their an number of issues beside cancer .And ofcourse you will feel fatigue and exchusated. Pl. I sure understand what you are going through .
I am happy that your doc.is  sending you for colonoscopy ,MRI and CT scan which to my surprise they didn't do that first. Pl. get colonoscopy as soon as you can ?.
Their will be online GI doc. today 25 th aug. 12 noon pl. ask him also .
Do post me you stat.
I hope you check this fast and post your concern to him as well

trust me i wont be doing anything like that again, i just hope its not cancer as i have a young family now.

i think my doctor is puttint me for a colonoscopy  , MRI and CT scan next

Hi Sorry to hear but how come they never did colonoscopy that should have been the 1st and how about a CT-Scan with iv contrast .Right side and around back your kidneys ,appendics there so much sometime they miss out in ultrasound and even CT with barium mine was .Pl. do ask them for colonoscopy ? its not normal and culture of your stool.
And 1 advice I know you got tempted to use human growth harmone especially in your industry but always think before using anything that anything fast and anything unnatural  is too good to be true .Be happy and kind to your body do the right thing of eating right and excersie .
Call you doc. and ask for colonoscopy /stool culture ? it could be simple hammoride but i doubt it since you have so much pain in your abdomine wtih blood in stool.

the sigmoidocopy only checks the start of the large colon, the barium enema checks all of it..
A colonoscopy is where the camera goes all the way around to check whole colon also, it can also take biopsies.

The bilirubin is now at normal level, so my doctor said liver is fine, as all my LFT now  say its ok.
The next tests im gonna be having done is MRI , CT and full colonoscopy.

Anyone else have any idas on what this my be???

I can understand your concern.  One thing I don't understand is the Barium Enema, when the Sigmoidoscopy is much more precise. High levels Bilirubin means either your body is producing too much of this, or not enough is being eliminated.  This can indicate damage to the liver, caused by various things, also an infected gallbladder or gallstones.
